Listener Comments
Sir,
Great program!
Sunday evening while enjoying a beautiful evening stroll
and inspiring tranquil music ;
I heard some AWESOME poetry.
Noted the time because I must have a copy of this. Wrote
to ask if you would be so kind as your playlist is
not on website.
Where I live reception varies, and at times will
jump from one station to another while traveling.
Nevertheless your program is perfect for an evening walk
under the stars.
Many Thanks, Daniel

Hi,
I was passing through SLC on Aug. 24, this Sunday night
just passed. I couldn't get enough of the music.
Unfortunately, I'm in Tucson,
AZ and now I have to have some of the music. Is it possible for you to
email
me .....
Thanks a million. Rick

Hello Sohrab.
I am a 15 year old listening to your program.
I'm sorry if I wrote at a bad time. People are always
sending you reguests, and it can get kinda hard trying
to organize everything. I love your show and the music
you play. That is the kind of music I like to listen to.
Music like that clears your mind, and relaxes the body
and soul. If it weren't for music of this nature,
I think people would go crazy from stress ....

Sir:
Thank you so much for the information regarding Eric
Tingstad and Nancy Rumbel. I was able to locate
their PARADISE cd and am very pleased with it.
I look forward to your program each week. The
music is peaceful, the information you share is interesting
and I like the sound of your voice!
Thanks again .......... REB

Hi There
I was in Utah a few weeks ago and was listening to your
station and heard a song but did not hear who it
was by. I only know a few of the words to the song
but was hoping you could possibly know the name and
or artist. It started with I believe "Lord,
make me an instrument of your peace" a take off of "Make me a
channel of your
peace". It was sung by a woman and was mostly an acoustic
guitar piece.
From what I heard you have a pretty good station, I only
wish I had more time to hear it.
Thank you for your time. Take Care
Brian

Hello,
I just wanted to thank you for the time and energy you
put into Nexxus + Prelude to Peace.
It is something I look forward to. I just truly
appreciate you, and the peaceful music I get to enjoy at the end
and start of the
week.
Thank You Again,
Brandi

Would be so kind as to provide me with the play list from
your Sunday August 31, 2003 program.
A particular piece from the 10:00-10:30 time spot was
very beautiful (as are all those that you choose).
As well please know that your readings, particularly the
Rumi work are very poignant and meaningful.
Thank you for your time and keep up the good work.
In these trying times it offers many a little oasis of hope.

Dear Sohrab,
I love Nexus and love the programming that you do - I
catch the show whenever I can. Last night I was
driving home from seeing a very loved one and heard a
piece - a child speaking about The Mystery -
and was so touched.....I wept and gave thanks.
I thought I heard you say it was an earlier Ray
Lynch piece but I'm not familiar with at and would really
like to find it and share it.
Thank you again for a wonderful evening,
Blessings, Heidi

I was disappointed not
to
hear your program this morning...
it is my favorite 2.5 hours of radio in the whole
week!
It was the 'Prelude to Peace' program that first
hooked me into KRCL and I have referred ' Prelude
to Peace' to many friends and family members since.
There is a good possibility that if Prelude leaves
KRCL , that my support will leave with it.
Please express my displeasure with this programming
switch to the stations general management.

Sohrab
Like many, I am in shock and horror to find the absence
of your program this morning.
I was only able to listen to a small part of last
evening's Nexus program and I did not hear you make
mention of this fact.
Your music and gentle spirit have made a big difference in
my life and the lives of many others.
It truly is as the title implies, The Prelude To Peace.
I wish you peace, joy and happiness knowing that your
programming lives on on he hearts of many like myself.
Peace, namaste'

Sohrab,
I am a former resident of Salt Lake City, now being
held hostage in New York City.
While in Salt Lake I listened to and recorded your
show,
Nexus, as often as I could. I no longer have those
recordings and I find that I really miss them. I
used them for meditation .....
Thank you for your time. I love your
show. Jan 19. 2002

Comments on The Yearly
Persian Programs!
Thank you so much for Sohrab's Persian
program. We enjoyed it immensely and look forward to more.
This is a very important step in Salt Lake City for the
education of Persian music and culture. Sincerely,

Just wanted to send you this note from my family and I to
appreciate the time you allowed for the
Iranian program last Sunday night.
We have a large Iranian community in Utah and these
occasional programs are heart warming and exciting.
|
Dear KRCL;
The Iranian community is a relatively small one. The
benefits of a Persian language program,
such as the one on your station are invaluable to
us. Please keep this segment on the air. Thanks.
peace!
|
We heard that you guys have an Iranian radio show on
sundays.
Are you guys on line, because we would
love to hear this show here in San
Francisco Also!
Regards,
Mahiar and Kimya

Dear krcl
After living in S.L.C. for 28 years, it is about

You all have my soppurt,
keep up the
good work.
