Teens Organizing March For Our Lives in SLC, Filmmaker David Cummins and his Homeless Youth Documentary Born With a Chance, League of Women Voters' Legislative Update, Live Music with Santos Guzman

Guests:

  • Catherine Weller, League of Women Voters of Utah, with a recap of day 35 of 45 at the Utah Legislature. Just two more weeks left to meet up with the League for a brown bag chat about the session. They meet Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. in the Seagull Room of the Senate Building.

  • Filmmaker David Cummins on his latest project, Born With a Chance, an exploration of childhood trauma and homeless youth.

  • Live music from Santos Guzman, who released his E.P., Cilantro, in January. Joining him were fellow musicians Daniel Arellano and Misi Touhuni.

  • March For Our Lives SLC's Elizabeth Love (West), Wilhelmina Graff (West), Isaac Reese (Brighton) and Brandon de Melo (Skyline). The high school seniors are part of the team organizing the march/rally on March 24. It will begin at 11:00 a.m. at West High School, followed by a march up to the Utah Capitol Building and a rally at noon.
