Power - KRCL recently installed a solar
power back up system. This system constantly
generates power to reduce our load on the power
grid, and will allow us to remain on the air
for over 12 hours in the event of a power outage.

- Xeriscaping
- Working with Waterwise
Landscape Design, KRCL replaced our turf
with native and drought tolerant plants, as
well as a water saving drip irrigation system.

- Energy Efficient Lighting -
Replaced all the light fixtures to help conserve energy. Made possible in part by incentive funds from Utah Power's FinAnswer. Available to businesses, and more information at www.utahpower.net

- Bike Stand Installed - To encourage Pedal Power.

- Coming soon - Waterless Urinals. The waterless urinal saves a gallon of water that every time would have been a flush. For KRCL that could be thirty gallons a day. Thanks to Colvin Engineering for the donation.
