Should We Move The Utah State Prison?

The Prison Relocation and Development Authority Board (PRADA) is tasked to determine if the state should relocate the Utah State Prison.  The potential move opens up many issues surrounding our penal system.  Do we need a new prison? Why is our prison population growing? Should prisons be privatized? Nick welcomes PRADA board member Eric Hutchings, (R-Kearns), Anna Brower from the ACLU of Utah and Brooke Adams from the Salt Lake Tribune to explore the hopes and hazards of the prison relocation.
