Regular features on the show include updates from one of five community programs (YWCA Battered Women's Shelter, Rape Recovery Center, Family Support Center, Jedi Women or the Cancer Wellness House), 'Women's News Highlights of the Week', a half-track of a new album, women's history factoids.
