Landscape designer Erik Junge of In Bloom Design enjoys designing outdoor spaces where people can relax. One of those spaces is the Toss Across Park on Salt Lake City’s Main Street, one of five Pop-Up Parks sponsored by the Downtown Alliance. KRCL’s Lara Jones met him at his park to talk about it.

The pop-up parks will be in place through May 10, but you’ll want to check them out during a special Downtown Garden Stroll Friday night, May 1, from 6-9 p.m. In addition to the parks, there will be floral-themed exhibitions at four Main Street galleries, plus music and street art in galleries and along Main Street between South Temple and 200 south.
