KRCL Presents: Margaret Glaspy at Urban Lounge on Nov 9

Margaret Glaspy has announced her new album, I Am Both, and shared the lead single “Michigan.” The album releases on August 7 and she's headed to Urban Lounge in Salt Lake City on November 9.

I Am Both was produced by Joe Henry (Aimee Mann, Joan Baez) and follows 2023's Echo the Diamond. The 11-track record came together as Glaspy broke away from social media, an intentional decision to center her thoughts again. “At first it was really hard to break that addiction to social media, but after a while something shifted,” she explained. “It felt like I’d gotten back to original thought instead of being under the influence of so many outside opinions. It was life-changing.”

Lead single “Michigan” also focuses on a life-changing event: a breakup that leads to a Midwest escape. Lisetn to the song below.
