Back by popular demand! Join us as we explore Argentina’s tasty Italian import, gnocchi pasta with instructor Ana Valdemoros. Participants will get to learn how to craft three vegetarian-friendly recipes for the pillowy pasta dumplings, using potatoes, beets and spinach to create three vibrant varieties. Workshop attendees will then master new techniques as they mix, cut, fold and cook the gnocchi.
