Community Connection - Music Discovery
Through music and stories created for a culturally open-minded community, 90.9fm KRCL is a catalyst for creating a better, more inclusive and engaged Utah. We reach listeners with a wide variety of music and community programming. We champion Utah — our music, arts and culture, neighborhoods and community organizations. KRCL celebrates diversity, and encourage community engagement and a strong commitment to a healthy environment — while promoting a positive global identity for Utah.
90.9fm KRCL plays a distinctive blend of music from alternative rock to reggae, blues to bluegrass and highlights at least one track by a Utah artist every hour.
90.9fm KRCL believes radio can be a “town square” for a community, a centerpiece of music, cultural and social happenings. It can also break down barriers and bring people together.
We inspire positive change in the community and raise social and environmental awareness by increasing social engagement to create positive change.
