KRCL holds monthly Board of Trustees meetings from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the station office, 1971 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116, on the last Wednesday of each month (except in December when no meeting is held). The KRCL Board of Trustees has a number of committees with intermittently scheduled meetings. The KRCL Community Advisory Board also has intermittently scheduled meetings. KRCL will document and make available to the public the specific reason(s) for closing a governing body and its committee meetings, at the station office, 1971 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116, and on this website, within 10 days of the closed meeting.

The Community Advisory Board advises the station's governing body about whether the station's programming and significant policies are meeting the specialized educational and cultural needs of the communities served by the station. The CAB also makes recommendations to the station's governing body that is deemed appropriate to meed such needs.
