A special Labor Day show, featuring your stories of the working life and a playlist to match. Plus, Crate Digging 101 to get you ready for KRCL's 909 Day Block Party and Record Sale.

RadioACTive went out into the community and asked for your stories of life on the job and songs to match. The playlist starts with a special edition of Crate Digging 101, featuring KRCL intern Quinn Shumway's Labor Day picks from among listeners' vinyl donations:

  5. UoU student Chloe Riley's working story, with the song "Work" by Gang Starr

  7. Connor Estes' working story, with the song "Working Class Hero" by John Lennon
  8. Voices from Kid Row at DIY Fest, with the song "Eight Days a Week" by The Beatles
  9. Valene MC's working story, with the song "Before I Let You Go" by Blackstreet
  10. Teresa's working story, with the song "Eat Your Young" by Hozier

A big thank you to summer intern Bea Teigen, who went to Craft Lake City's DIY Fest and talked with youth entrepreneurs (and one parent) on Kid Row. Voices featured included: Ammon, Beatrice, Dea, Oliver and Ben.
