Homegrown music from Salt Lake's Hectic Hobo, which is celebrating 15 years together. Plus, they're ready to head out on a European tour.

Wasatch Community Gardens' spring plant sale is coming up May 11th. Check out this video WCG's James Loomis posted the Green Phoenix Farm team giving TLC to the more than 40,000 veggie starts they're growing. 

Darin Mann of The Village Cooperative, a group committed to localizing the production of our food by growing and distributing food in a three-block radius in he municipality of the Rose Park and Fair Park area.

  • April 5: Garden Day with The Village, 10a–2p at 873 S. Pueblo St., SLC. Event by The Village Cooperative: "Join us as we activate some of our affiliate gardens. These gardens are imperative in our mission to feed families in need and we need your help to make it happen."

Aldine's Urban Farm Report, featuring USU's Transition to Organic Partnership Program. Guests include TOP Director Michele Schahczenski and Symbria Patterson of Red Acre Center, a TOP community partner.

  • The Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) team at USU will help farmers get connected with certified organic mentors, overcome financial and technical issues with transitioning, and learn about maintaining an organic farm. Utah State University is participating in this program as part of the west/southwest region.
