YESTERDAY: Utah Third District Court Judge Dianna M. Gibson handed down her ruling reinstating the voter-approved, independent redistricting reforms of Proposition 4. The judge also ordered lawmakers to redraw new, fair maps by September 24. RadioACTive talks with three advocates whose groups took part in the lawsuit in one way or another.
