Aldine's Urban Farm Report: Punk Rock Farmers, Gather!

With the planting season underway (under hoop houses for many), Punk Rock Farmer Al and Lara dig into this year's Red Acre Center's Gather Dinner Series. RAC’s Symbria Patterson, Chef Shon Foster, and several farmers (see below) join us to talk about the annual fundraiser supporting RAC's advocacy of the small agrihood on Utah’s Capitol Hill.

Symbria says: “Chef Shon of Sego, Anu, Anthera, and Wood Ash Rye will be at the helm, with Max Nelson from Central 9th and other cool Utah chefs who support the cause, working together each night to create a multicourse dinner-on-farm experience using what we source from local farms and ranches. Farm around, find out!”
