"Rock Canyon Poets boasts diverse membership, ranging from 18 to 70+ years in age with many backgrounds — including literary journal founders, editors, ex-military, business professionals, a playwright, and a periodontist. Individually, they have received several awards and been published in magazines, anthologies, journals, chapbooks, and full-length books of poetry. Rock Canyon Poets offers poetry with the tactile clarity of tin-can messages through fuzzy strings to the audience's ears."

  • June 26: Utah Arts Fest with Relaxation Through Verse, 5:00-5:45 p.m. on the WordFest Stage at the Utah Arts Festival on Library Square, SLC. Event by Caribbean Nightingale LLC: A Poet’s Touch: "Join us again this year at the Utah Arts Festival! Relaxation Through Verse, the 1st Poetry Salon in Utah, is a collective of BIPOC & LGBT poets and artists in Utah. Let us share with you what we have learned about Resilience."
