KRCL's Fall Radiothon Is Here

Thank you for helping us reach our goal and raise $1,576 with our Challenge Match For Good program. Your donation supports community radio and tonight's community partner:  Canyonlands Field Institute

You can continue to donate throughout Fall Radiothon and help Canyonlands Field Institute earn an even larger in-kind micro-grant. Be sure to use this unique link: bit.ly/KRCLcanyonlands

Gunalcheesh to CFI's Brennan Gillis for joining us for the hour for our Challenge Match For Good program, your donation supports community radio and a community partner, Canyonlands Field Institute

  • The Canyonlands Field Institute cultivates connection to self, community and nature by creating inclusive educational pathways to the outdoors around Moab, UT. Why? Because everyone deserves the outdoors.

  • CFI was born in the summer of 1984 when like-minded co-founders Karla VanderZanden and Robin Wilson realized their dream of providing adventures with an educational purpose. Together, they turned the Wilsons' Professor Valley Ranch into a place for inspiring connections to nature.

  • For every dollar donated tonight during the Canyonlands Field Institute challenge, KRCL will match it with a microgrant for an equal amount of on-air, in-kind messages CFI may use to support its mission.

Also joining us tonight is Amplify Utah founder Marcie Young Cancio. Next Thursday, Voices Amplified students return and take over the show. VAmpd is a collaboration between the University of Utah, Amplify Utah and KRCL 90.9fm

Why It Matters:

  • Double the Impact: Every dollar you give is matched with pro bono underwriting spots

  • Support Local Media: KRCL amplifies diverse voices and music

  • Strengthen Our Community: Help both organizations thrive

Whether you call or click, be sure to leave us a message about why you support community radio
