A sneak peek of The Nature Fix — 2020 NHMU Lecture Series Keynote, with Florence Williams, author of The Nature Fix: Why Nature Makes Us Happier, Healthier & More Creative. Click here for tickets to the Feb. 25th event at Kingsbury Hall. Williams will be in conversation with Shankar Vedantam, host of NPR's Hidden Brain. Tickets are $20 or $10 with valid University of Utah I.D. Al's #UrbanFarmReport, featuring Gregg Batt and Joseph Lofthouse of the Ogden Seed Exchange, which hosts the 2020 Seed Swap and 10 Year Anniversary this Saturday, Feb. 22, from from 10a-1p at the Ogden Preparatory Academy, 1415 Lincoln Ave., Ogden. Free and open to the public. Look for the Punk Rock Farmer there tomorrow!
