Dr. Mike Jaffe Returns to start up the KRCL Sugar-Free February Challenge with helpful tips and explains the health benefits that come with removing 'added sugar" from your diet.

This year's festival is a lot different than what filmgoers and movie industry people are used to with an all virtual format that continues many events the international film festival is known for. The KRCL Sundance Film Festival Coverage Team walks us through the changes and gives helpful tips on "how to fest". Plus we sit down with Utah Film Center's Executive Director, Patrick Hubley, and Barb Guy, Salt Lake Film Society's Director of Marketing and P.R. to talk about the films, panels, events and more, featured in this year's festivities. Plus an interview about the state of the film industry in Utah with Utah Film Commissioner, Virginia Peirce
