Perry Hall, Vice Chair, Backcountry Hunters and Anglers-UT Chapter Board. Tomorrow Congress votes on the Great American Outdoors Act. Perry said Rob Bishop is putting some sand in the gears, trying to slow the inevitable and add amendments.
