Debra Cleaver, founder and CEO of VoteAmerica, who encouraged eligible but unregistered voters to go to the polls and ask for a provisional ballot on Election Day.

  • Overall, among states where registration is allowed on Election Day, Utah ranked second among the highest percentage of non-registered eligible voters — with 26.05% of non-registered eligible voters that could still register and vote on Election Day.
  • Utah has 1,940,429 million eligible voters with 1,434,994 million who are registered and 505,435 eligible unregistered voters.
  • You may still vote a provisional ballot at your designated voting center.
