On Saturday, hundreds of people gathered outside the offices of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, known as NOAA, in Boulder, CO. They were protesting a move by the Trump Administration that could close the National Center for Atmospheric Research, or N-CAR. As KGNU's Don Davis reports for Rocky Mountain Community Radio, the rally drew scientists, community members, and local and state elected officials concerned about the future of climate research.
