Utah Food Bank Joins RadioACTive for #GivingTuesday

Tuesday, Dec. 2: Day 1 of the KRCL Year-End Drive on RadioACTive, featuring Ginette Bott of the Utah Food Bank. For a donation of $100 for a Gift for Good, a portion will go to the Utah Food Bank to provide up to 20 meals for Utahns facing hunger.

RadioACTive passes the microphone each to year to more than 900 guests. We're talking grassroots activists, community builders, punk rock farmers and DIY makers and musicians whose work, craft and talents we've been able to amplify.

We hope that when you turn the radio on at 6 p.m. weeknights, you're finding ways to get involved in your community and make a difference, bands who are making great music right here, all of whom help create the kind of community you want to call home.

KRCL is wholly local. And it stays that way because of listener support. Now's the time to make a year-end gift to keep us going, but also close the gap left by federal cuts earlier this year.
