Will We, Won't We Water

Utah Rivers Council opened its annual RainHarvest program today, partnering with 18 cities to sign up residents for the discounted barrel program. RA's Lara Jones talks with URC's Zach Frankel about some of the cities during a virtual press conference recorded earlier today (edited for time and clarity).

  • "By purchasing heavily discounted rain-collection barrels through URC’s annual RainHarvest program, Utahns can significantly reduce municipal water demand and improve the water quality of local streams, rivers, and lakes by reducing polluted runoff."
