Heart & Soul Music Stroll: Community Through Local Music Heart & Soul is thrilled to present the 11th Annual Heart & Soul Music Stroll, a free and family-friendly celebration that fills Sugar House with the joy of live music and performing arts. On Saturday, June 14, thousands will gather to stroll, bike, or wheel through the charming streets, enjoying performances by over 40 musical acts on 14 porches, driveways, and lawns, plus a lively main stage. As you explore the neighborhood, you'll be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere, moving from one performance to the next. The event also features a variety of delicious food trucks offering local cuisine, enhancing the musical experience. Bomba Marilé invites you to join us for a full day of honoring how we represent the natural element of the wind within Puerto Rican bomba music and dance. This will be the final in a 4 part series connecting each natural element to bomba. We have the privilege of having the talented Jeanitza Aviles directly from Puerto Rico for this event. The entire day is free thanks to the financial support from Utah Division of Arts and Museums, Creative West, National Endowment for the Arts, Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts, and Parks, Salt Lake City Arts Council, National Folklife Network, and the Sorenson Unity Center.
